The November 25 event whereby participants demanded the improvement of the law for preventing and combating family violence and the introduction of the restraining order. The activists attended the protest wearing make-up as if they had been hit and lit candles in front of the Parliament in loving memory of the women killed by their partners. Subsequently, the legislation in Romania was modified to include the restraining order.
